These pleasingly simple, cork and wool felt round coasters add a touch warmth and luxury to your decor while protecting delicate surfaces from scratches, heat and moisture. Wool felt is a naturally durable, beautiful, sustainable and ecofriendly material that is moisture wicking, thermal and stain resistant. The premium cork backing is sturdy and attractive. The combination makes this coaster set substantial, but light and soft, so they won't ding tables or toes if dropped.

Wool felt is 3mm thick and cork backing is 3mm thick for a total thickness of 6mm.

Spot clean. Most spills can be blotted up as they occur. For dried in stains blot with warm, soapy water, then clear water. Blot dry with a soft towel.

A tape type lint roller is best for dry debris.

Potentially staining liquid spills should be blotted up. As wool is stain resistant this will take care of most issues. If any residue is left behind blot again (never rub) with a damp soapy cloth or sponge until gone, finish with a water moistened cloth or towel to remove any soap (still blotting) then blot dry.

If an overall cleaning is desired, you can machine wash your items on hand wash/gentle cycle, cold water, I use Tide®. Remove promptly and dry flat. NO DRYER! Machine washing will make the felt a little loftier, but it will retain its durability and beauty. Items may be ironed, if needed, on the wool setting when they are completely dry.

Wool felt can also be dry cleaned.
